Multi-origin trading · Renewable energy · Shipping

Three desks, one counterparty: cargo, plant and tonnage.

Tristar Enterprises trades rice, sugar, salt, bran and wheat across multiple origins, supplies and installs renewable energy plant, and charters the vessels that move it.

About the house

Multi-origin trading · Renewable energy · Shipping

Multiple origins, matched to your specification.

We are not tied to one exporting country. Origin is chosen against your grade, packing, price and delivery window — not against our supplier list.

The house

We buy where the specification is best served, and we control what happens to it afterwards.

Tristar Enterprises is a Karachi-based trading house working across three divisions — multi-origin commodity trading, renewable energy systems, and ship chartering — for importers, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, food manufacturers, feed mills, industrial buyers and project developers.

  • Multi-origin sourcing
  • Equipment supply & turnkey installation
  • Vessel chartering & brokerage
  • English-language contracting
  • Delivery worldwide, excluding Pakistan
Divisions

Three divisions that were built to be used together.

Division one — Trading

Rice, sugar, salt, bran and wheat, bought where the specification is best served.

The trading desk sources food and feed commodities across multiple origins. Buyers come to us with a grade, a packing format and a delivery window; we come back with the origins that can actually meet all three, and the price at which they can.

Every lot is bought against a written specification, inspected before shipment and documented for the destination market — so what clears customs is what was ordered.

Division two — Renewable Energy

Renewable plant supplied as equipment, or delivered as a working installation.

Solar, wind, hydrogen and biomass. We supply modules, inverters, turbines, electrolysers and boilers from vetted manufacturers, and we install them — site assessment, engineering, construction, commissioning and handover.

Project developers and industrial buyers use us either way: as a supply line into their own EPC, or as the party that hands over a plant that runs.

Division three — Shipping

The tonnage to move it, fixed on terms that survive the voyage.

We charter and broker vessels for dry bulk and breakbulk cargo — voyage and time charters, matched to parcel size, laycan and route.

Charter party terms, laytime and demurrage exposure, and port agency coordination are handled by the same house that fixed the cargo, which is where most of the cost overrun in commodity shipping is avoided.

Why buyers use us

Six reasons a procurement manager keeps our number.

Origin is a decision, not a default

We are not a single-country exporter. The origin is selected against your specification, your market and your landed cost.

One house, three disciplines

Cargo, plant and tonnage sit under one roof, so a shipment problem does not become three separate conversations.

Specification before price

Grade, moisture, broken percentage and packing are agreed in writing before a number is quoted. Nothing is left to interpretation.

Inspection before shipment

Lots are verified against the contract specification prior to loading, with independent inspection where the buyer requires it.

Documentation that clears

Export paperwork is prepared for the destination market, not the origin office — the difference shows up at the port of discharge.

Karachi-based, globally directed

A working port city as the operating base, and delivery to buyers worldwide outside Pakistan.

Private label

Your brand on our rice, from spec sheet to shelf.

Retailers, wholesalers, distributors and food businesses sell rice under their own name, while we handle selection, milling quality, packaging, labelling and final presentation.

Variety, grain length, aroma, moisture, broken percentage and grade are all set by you — as is the artwork, or we develop packaging to suit the market you are selling into.

Reach

Origins are chosen per contract; destinations are everywhere but home.

Sourcing runs across multiple origins rather than a single exporting country, which is what lets us hold a specification when one crop year disappoints or one freight route tightens.

Cargo is delivered globally with the single exception of Pakistan, which is our operating base rather than a market we sell into.

  • Origins: multiple, selected per contract against grade, packing and landed cost
  • Destinations: worldwide, excluding Pakistan
  • Modes: bulk and breakbulk vessel, containerised, and chartered tonnage
  • Contracting and correspondence in English
