We buy the specification, not the country.

Rice, sugar, salt, bran and wheat, sourced across multiple origins for importers, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, food manufacturers and feed mills.

Sourcing

Origin is chosen against your grade, your market and your landed cost.

A single-origin exporter sells you what its own crop produced this year. We work the other way round: the enquiry arrives as a specification — variety, grade, moisture, broken percentage, packing, delivery window — and we match it against the origins that can hold that specification at a workable price.

Suppliers are vetted before they are used and re-checked contract by contract: milling and processing capability, ability to hold a grade across a full parcel, past export performance, and the paperwork they can legitimately issue. When one origin cannot deliver on grade or on time, another one can, and the buyer is told before the shipping window is at risk.

Quality & documentation

What clears customs is what was written into the contract.

Lots are verified against the contract specification before shipment — grade, moisture, foreign matter, broken percentage, packing integrity and weight — with third-party inspection arranged where the buyer or the letter of credit requires it. Discrepancies are resolved before loading, which is the only point at which they are cheap to resolve.

Export documentation is prepared for the destination market rather than the origin office: commercial invoice and packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary and fumigation certificates where applicable, bill of lading and the certificates each importing regime demands. Requirements are confirmed against the destination before the vessel is fixed.
