Turnkey installation
From an empty site to a plant that has been proved before you sign for it.
A turnkey scope begins with assessment — resource data, load profile, grid position, ground conditions and access — and ends with a commissioned installation and a set of records that let somebody else operate it. In between sit system design, procurement, civil and structural works, mechanical erection, and electrical installation and connection.
Work on site is programmed against a dated schedule with named responsibilities, because the cost of a renewable project is dominated by time. Performance is verified against the design figures at handover, and the operator is briefed on the plant, not handed a folder.
